Reservations are guaranteed & will be confirmed only with valid credit card

Any damages done to the bunkhouse or property missing belonging to Cowboys N Camo will be billed directly to your credit card.

Cancellations are required two weeks prior to your arrival and one month during Christmas break and long weekends. Any cancellations made within the two weeks will be charged 50% of the initial booking if the space you booked cannot be re-rented.

The property will be left in the same condition that the renter found it in. Additional cleaning fees may apply. ($50/hour)

Due to allergies, pets are NOT allowed in the bunkhouse.
